An Mhi as County Meath is referred to in Gaelic borders County Dublin. The main towns within the county include Navan, Kells and Trim.

County Meath has locations of significant historic value which includes The Hill of Tara. In recent years it has become well recognized for its fine golf courses. The county is steeped in a rich Gaelic Footballing history and is also known for its agricultural lands and production.
